quantum conciousness The spiritual perspective on New Years Resolution Ideas2008 is at its end and 2009 is upon us.

Have you contemplated your spiritual self improvement plan for next year?

2008 has been a rewarding year, and I have each one of you to thank for it. For my new years resolution, I plan to write more updates like this to provide you with something useful, like the article at my WhoHeals.com blog on new year’s resolutions from a spiritual perspective.

In this article I ask the 7 questions to help you formulate your own spiritual plan.

What is your best methods for coping with all of the “balls” of life that you are juggling? I’ll feature the most original answers in an update.

Also, when you read the article at WhoHeals.com, look toward the end where I have included one of my 5-minute meditations (professionally recorded with music) for you to download.

And in the article I mention a new method I am using for re-patterning the brain without hypnosis or subliminal programming but with all the benefits. Watch for updates on this wonderful technology.

Love and kind regards,

Donna
