“In a time when the world is searching for enlightenment, one man is in a position to help.” The man? Mike Myers. The position? Not quite the Lotus.

“The second best guru in India is coming to America!”

Mike Myers’ new comedy, The Love Guru, is due out this June 20. Myers plays Pitka, known as the “second best guru in India.” Pitka was raised by gurus in India before returning to the US to start a career in the self-help industry. His first job is to rescue the marriage and career of a hockey star played by Austin Powers star, Romany Malco. The film also features Gandi star Ben Kingsley playing a pundit named “Guru Tugginmypudha”.

This flick promises some light-hearted fun, with original albeit tongue-in-cheek inventions such as an interesting new motorized meditation cushion, for “meditating-on-the-go.” (Perhaps I should feature one in my recommends…)

Check out this hilarious trailer.
